When you book, you pay a rental fee.
This amount includes :
- Rental of the house and access to its facilities (kitchen, bathroom, living room, televisions, WiFi, etc.)
- Water / electricity
- Access to the Nordic bath, and firewood, within reason ;)
- Board games
- Access to the petanque pitch + boules and table football
Normally, a fee of €100 is added to this amount, which covers the cleaning of the house after your visit.
What's more, if you decide to book on an external site, you may have to pay an additional fee (commission) to the service provider. These fees are normally between 10 and 15% of the total amount.
Finally, a security deposit must be paid on top of the total amount. This will be returned to you when you leave the house. It is only used to cover any damage to the house or its contents.
